At CheapDummyFlight, we strive to provide the best dummy flight tickets and hotel bookings for visa applications. Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our services, we have a specific refund policy outlined below. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your dummy ticket has not been delivered within 2 hours of successful payment.
  • The ticket delivered contains incorrect details that were not mentioned in your booking form (e.g., wrong name, wrong dates).
  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment error.
  • Your payment was processed but the order was not created in our system.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The ticket has already been delivered to your email.
  • Refund requested because your visa was rejected (dummy tickets are proof of intent, not a guarantee of visa approval).
  • You entered incorrect information in the booking form (wrong email, wrong name, wrong dates).
  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • The refund is requested after 24 hours of ticket delivery.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@cheapdummyflight.com with subject: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]"
  2. Include your Order ID, registered email address, and reason for refund.
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Correction vs Refund

If your ticket has a minor error (wrong date, typo in name), we will re-issue the correct ticket at no extra cost instead of a refund. Please contact us at support@cheapdummyflight.com within 1 hour of receiving your ticket.

6. Payment Gateway Refunds

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For Razorpay payments, refunds typically take 5–7 business days. For PayPal payments, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
